The exterior folder measures 12"x9", with the interior contents measuring 11.5"x8.5" to 10"x8", and all are in very good condition with minor age-related fading and discoloration, slight edge wear to the interior documents, and light bending to the folder. The address of the original recipient on the envelope has been covered with black redaction ink for privacy.
